It is never too soon, nor too late to be STEALTH-Rated. Ideally, the sooner a student-athlete goes through the process of being STEALTH-Rated, the more the athlete understands where his/her performance gaps are, and where improvements can be made. The STEALTH assessment should be administered a few times each year so that improvements to any of the performance gaps identified through STEALTH would be reflected in an improvement of the overall rating.
