The Olympic Heights Lions defeated the Spanish River Sharks by a score of 20-0 and a big part of that defense that shut down the Sharks can be attributed to Senior DE, Chris Dascher. With the help of his defensive teammates Dascher dominated the offense and ran down the Sharks QB all night. If Spanish Rivers QB was scrambling you can rest assured that he was trying to get away from the clutches of Dascher. And when Dascher brought him down he would roll him up, with all 245lbs, a technique you only see taught and executed at the collegiate level.

Dascher is a 6’3″ 245 Senior DE with a 3.4gpa and is going to give all opposing offenses this season all they can handle coming off the edge. After being scored on 20 points the previous week against Boynton Beach he knew, as well as the entire defense, that it was time to get focused. They did and Dascher said that they had an intense week of practice, and it showed, as they shut down the Sharks for 4 quarters and held them very few offensive yards as well as no points.
