The Dillard Panthers come into Cumber Stadium with a 2-1 record defeating Stranahan and Hallandale with its only loss coming from Lake Gibson in Lakeland, FL., by only 4 points. In the two victories the Panthers put up 60 points. This is a non conference game for the Panthers as they are in District 6A.

The Douglas Eagles (District 8A) bring a 1-1 record putting up 73 points on offense in their first two games. The Eagles defense held West Broward to 0 points in the season opener but gave up 55 against the Boyd Anderson Cobras last Friday night. The defense will get another test this Friday night against another fast and high scoring offense of the Dillard Panthers.
